ROEDER ADMINSTRATION DEFY THE CWA UNION
             REFUSE TO PUT THE  APPEAL OF THE ELECTION COMMITTEE  AND ELECTION COMPLAINT
           BEFORE THE MEMBERSHIP FOR VOTE.
We wonder why?

              
ROEDER EXECUTIVE BOARD’S POSITION ON THE OTHER COMPLAINTS

Complaint 1 Local Standing Committees – “The consensus of the Executive Board indicated that CWA Local 1033
performs all the functions, activities, and duties of committees as prescribed by the CWA Local 1033 Bylaws as well as
the CWA Constitution.”

Complaint 2 Sandra Coia and Russell Caffey –  “Mr. Caffey was promoted into an entry level position as Clerk-
Driver, Range 08. “Sandra Coia…held the title of Education Program Planner…her salary is based upon the
compensation consistent with the title…and enable her to be paid overtime wages….although her duties do not include
representation of members, her duties are consistent with the job specifications of her civil service title.”

Complaint 3 Disclosure of Expenditures – “Barbara Easterling, retired CWA Secretary-Treasurer…complimented
the amount of detail included in the monthly Finance Report and stated that most Locals do not provide this information
to their members in such great detail….[i] the Monthy Financial Reports are good enough for Barbara Easterling, they
should be good enough for Jesse Averhart and the Members for Change.”

Complaint 4  Interactive Website - “[T]he consensus of the Board was that the nature of the CWA Local 1033
website and the effective means by which to best communicate with the members of CWA Local 1033 represents a
policy decision of the CWA Local 1033 Executive Board.”

Complaint 5 The Status of the VP -  “[A]pparently, the President and Executive Board remain most satisfied with Vice
President Spence Brown’s performance in office since she has contributed greatly to the success of the Local….”
